NEW HOMES
Generally we have one or two sites in progress, often selling off plan, giving our clients the opportunity to personalise the interior to their own needs.
Our sites are generally small well-located sites or individual plots, that will enable the development of quality homes. We tend to work within a 20 mile radius of Norwich and welcome discussion with anyone looking for an individual home to the highest specification.
Home remodelling and renovations
One important part of our work is undertaking these projects, which by their nature are each unique. We have a full range of craftsmen skills to undertake all aspects of bespoke work as necessary, whether it’s an orangery with glass atrium or a hand-built staircase. We work with our clients and their architects to maximise the potential of the project and ensure statutory technical compliance at every stage.
Design and build projects
In recent years we have carried out numerous projects of this type, working with clients who already have their own plot. We are happy to advise from the outset (even at site acquisition stage) right through to handover and all stages in between, to ensure that all areas of construction are technically and statutorily compliant. Moreover, we always strive to ensure that our clients get appropriate advice to ensure that their project comes in on budget and on time.
