Current Projects
We take extreme care to source quality plots in good locations, and normally have at least one site in progress at any time.
In these cases we like to offer the properties for sale at the outset, as it gives the purchasers the opportunity to specify the internal finishings or changes to ensure that the property is finished to their own specification – depending of course on how far the property has progressed.
You will see below our current projects. You’re welcome to download any information and if you have further queries please contact us directly.
Site acquisition
We are continually seeking quality building plots for single properties or multiples, and welcome contact from anyone with land to sell. Provided that planning is feasible in principle, we are happy to discuss the prospects, and take care of the various planning processes. Any such discussions are always in the strictest of confidence and place you under no obligation whatsoever.
