LambFord Homes was established in 2014, bringing together over 50 years of combined experience in residential construction across the Norwich area. The company is led by directors Richard Balmforth and Darren Rutterford.
We work on the design and construction of individual homes, both for private clients and on our own developments, alongside carefully considered renovation and extension projects. Each project is approached as a whole, with equal attention given to design integrity, build quality and long-term durability.
Our role extends from early-stage planning through to completion, encompassing construction, project and site management, and all aspects of technical compliance. We work closely with clients, architects and consultants to ensure that each scheme is delivered with clarity and precision.
The strength of our work lies in its consistency and attention to detail. We are always pleased to share examples of completed projects and to connect prospective clients with those we have worked with.

What We Do
Our work is focused exclusively on residential projects, ranging from individually designed new homes to the careful adaptation of existing buildings.
We undertake the construction of new homes on our own developments, as well as working with private clients to build bespoke houses on their own land, or for that matter, refurbishments, extensions and conversions.
Each project is approached with the same level of care and attention, whether it is a new-build home or the reworking of an existing structure. Our aim is always to deliver work that is considered, well-executed and appropriate to its setting.
