LambFord Homes
LambFord Homes was formed in 2014 to bring under one roof some 50 years of combined house-building experience in the Norwich area by directors Richard Balmforth and Darren Rutterford.
We specialise in building individual homes (both for clients and on our own sites) together with property renovations and extensions. This includes all construction work, project and site management, technical compliance and a myriad of other issues involved in taking a successful project from design to handover.
Our skilled team each play a fundamental part in ensuring that our workmanship is only ever to the highest exacting standards.

Current projects
The focus of our work is exclusively residential. We usually have one or two sites in progress at any time, together with projects with major extensions or remodelling. Our devotion to uncompromised quality has meant that some clients (who’ve purchased their own land) will ask us to work with them to help realise their ambitions for a distinctive and bespoke home. To that end, we always welcome to show prospective clients examples of past projects and give them the opportunity to meet past clients.
